Tigran Martinian brings extensive experience and proven results to Harpy Law. Over nearly 20 years as a trial attorney, he has obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for injured clients in both state and federal courts, including multi-million-dollar recoveries in wrongful death, serious injury, and accident cases.
Early in his career, Tigran secured a $600,000 verdict for a broken arm case, which defense counsel acknowledged as one of the largest of its kind in California at the time. He has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in California and named to the Top 40 Under 40, reflecting both his trial skill and impact in complex legal matters. His work is defined by precision, preparation, and results.
Arash Zabetian focuses on litigation and high-stakes personal injury cases at Harpy Law. He has secured multiple seven- and eight-figure results, with verdicts and settlements routinely recognized among the top results of the year in California. In 2023, he secured a $22.6 million jury verdict against the City of Los Angeles, the largest premises liability verdict in California that year.
Arash brings a trial-first mindset to every case, emphasizing meticulous preparation, expert development, and disciplined courtroom strategy. He ensures cases are fully developed, properly valued, and never rushed into undervalued resolutions. Mr. Zabetian has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyers honoree since 2016, first as a Rising Star and, beginning in 2025, as a Super Lawyer, reflecting sustained excellence in litigation and trial advocacy.
